Patty Bommarito learned how to paint on needlepoint canvas back in 1977 when Amanda Lawford hired her to work as a copy artist for her needlepoint design company. After leaving the field for a few years, Patty says 'In 1999, Amanda and I had rekindled our friendship, and I designed my own line of hand-painted canvases.'
