FORMS OF PAYMENT: The Bristly Thistle accepts American Express, Discover, VISA and MasterCard. Your orders are processed through Yahoo Stores which provides 128 bit encryption to keep your data secure. All credit card transactions are processed thorough Intuit. We also accept PayPal - send us an email and we will bill you online (minimum order is $25 plus shipping.)

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Items in stock will ship within 2 business day of the receipt of the order. We ship FedEx Home Delivery, UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail as Standard Shipping and insure for the full value. For $25, you can upgrade your shipment to UPS 2nd day air. Alaska and Hawaii orders are always shipped USPS. USPS Priority Mail shipping for orders under $150 is $7.50. All UPS ground is $12.50 and FedEx Home Delivery is $11.50. Orders for canvases, threads and accessories over $150 will be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx Home Delivery (our choice).

Free shipping does not apply to sale items and special orders.

CANADA SHIPPING: We ship UPS Standard to Canada and insure for the full amount. You will be charged the actual shipping charges.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: All international orders will be shipped using Global Express Mail and delivery should be in 4-7 days. Orders will be insured for the full value and marked 'craft supplies'. The buyer is responsible for customs charges and duty, if any. The charge for shipping and insurance is about $30 for the first pound. We will contact you with the total shipping charge before shipment.

RETURNS: All sales are final; if you have questions about a canvas, threads or other item, please call us. If goods arrive damaged, please save all the packaging materials and call us immediately.

SALES TAX: Orders shipped to a Florida address will (unfortunately) be charged 7% sales tax.

SPECIAL ORDERS: If you see a canvas you like on a designer's website, we will be happy to order it for you. It will be priced when we order from the designer and we may require a 50% deposit.

FINISHING: The Bristly Thistle provides finishing for all types of projects. Call us for details and pricing. Please note that we do not accept items for blocking only. We will be happy to choose fabrics and cordings to add flair to your finished design. You are welcome to send your own materials, an especially good idea if you are matching your home decor.
