Coasters

Although these are officially called coasters, I am not a big fan of letting people set wet drinks on my precious needlepoint. I bought these canvases because they are relatively small, so they are good travel or “take along” pieces. They are also great to work on when you need a break from a larger project. They could be inset into pillows (one per pillow or all four), appliquéd to a finished pillow or attached to a straw or canvas bag. Or, what the heck, you could even make them into coasters!
